Hosting

This website is operated on servers provided by Strato and Hetzner. When you visit the site, the hosting provider processes technically necessary data (for example IP address and time of access) where this is required for stable and secure operation. The legal basis is Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a functioning online presence).

Cookies, consent and tracking

On your first visit you can use our cookie banner or Cookie settings (also available later on the page edge) to choose which optional categories you allow. Your selection is stored locally in the browser (localStorage, valid for 30 days) so your choice is remembered on later visits. Legal basis: Article 6 (1) (c) GDPR (compliance with legal obligations) and/or (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in managing consent properly).

Marketing — Google Ads & Google Analytics 4

If you consent to Marketing, we load the Google tag (gtag.js) from Google Tag Manager using conversion ID AW-18110066509 and, as part of the same consent, Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-WHNF5JDD6N). The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland (parent company: Google LLC, USA). Google may process conversion, remarketing and usage data (e.g. pages viewed, interactions, device/browser information, referrer, events, and possibly cookie identifiers). We use Google Consent Mode: advertising and analytics storage are only enabled after your consent (IP anonymisation in configuration). Legal basis: Article 6 (1) (a) GDPR. You may withdraw consent at any time with future effect via Cookie settings. Further information: Google Privacy Policy, Google Ads Settings.

Marketing — Meta Pixel

If you consent to Marketing, we use the Meta Pixel (pixel ID 1491968722221914). The provider is Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland (parent company: Meta Platforms, Inc., USA). Meta may process conversion and remarketing data (e.g. page views, interactions, device/browser information, referrer, and possibly cookie identifiers). The pixel script (fbevents.js) is loaded from connect.facebook.net only after your consent; it records events such as PageView. Legal basis: Article 6 (1) (a) GDPR. You may withdraw consent at any time with future effect via Cookie settings. Further information: Meta Privacy Policy, Meta ad settings.

Reach measurement (first-party, cookie-free)

To improve our website we analyse page views using first-party measurement on this domain (script vis-track.js). We do not set third-party marketing or analytics cookies and we do not store IP addresses. The browser may use sessionStorage for the current session (e.g. landing page, first-touch UTM parameters). Transmitted data may include paths visited, dwell time, scroll depth, language, referrer, viewport size and anonymised device/browser classification. Legal basis: Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in privacy-friendly usage analysis). You may object to this processing at any time on grounds relating to your situation (see “Your rights”).

Demo booking and plan checkout

If you book a demo slot or submit a plan via checkout, we process the data you enter (e.g. name, email, company, billing address, chosen time or plan) to handle your request or pre-contract steps. Data is stored on our hosting infrastructure and forwarded internally for processing (e.g. automated notifications). Legal basis: Article 6 (1) (b) GDPR; where no contract exists yet, (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in handling enquiries efficiently).

Contact by email

If you contact us by email, we process the data you provide to handle your request. The legal basis is Article 6 (1) (b) GDPR (steps prior to entering into a contract) or (f) GDPR (general enquiries).

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection to processing. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
